Terms & Conditions

Class Strength: The seats are limited and are available on first come basis.

Bookings and Cancellations: All bookings and cancellation to be made in writing by individuals or company representatives. Cancellations must be received at least 7 working days prior to course and are subject to an administration fee (30% of course fee). We regret that cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and the course fee must be paid in full.

Payment: Full payment should be made 14 days prior to start of course. Course fee can be paid cash or online transfer. Please contact Course Facilitator or Training Center Director for bank account details.

Certificates: We reserve the right not to issue certificates where an invoice remains unpaid. The initial issue of a certificate is included within the course fee. Requests for copy certificates must be made in writing and are subject to an administration charge of =1000/- PKR.

For MEDIC FIRST AID and ASHI Training Programs, duplicate certificates will be in A4 size paper print re-validated by instructor who taught the course and TC director. For this TC will charge =2500/- PKR.

Course Timings & Attendance: Delegates must adhere to timings as stipulated on the course joining instructions. Failure to attend any part of the course will result in the delegate’s removal from the final examination (where applicable).

Fitness to Attend: Delegates placed on any of these courses must be free from any ailment, condition or injury that will affect their ability to participate during the practical aspects of the course.

Release and Hold Harmless Agreement: Every individual participant and/or company representative on behalf of their participants (if more then one) have to sign “Release and Hold Harmless Agreement” in favor of MEDIC FIRST AID International, ASHI and First Aid to Save a Life. It is mandatory requirement.

Force Majeure: First Aid to Save A Life cannot be held responsible for any incident or occurrence outside its control that affects the provision of any given course date, course forecast, course content or course timing, and/or including cancellation, amendment or re-scheduling. Where a course content or course timing has to be amended/cancelled/re-scheduled for whatever reason, First Aid to Save A Life will make every reasonable effort to make alternative arrangements.

Failure to Show: Any delegate failing to attend a course will still reflect a bona-fide booking, the fee of which will be subject to our standard terms and conditions.

Delegate substitution can be made in advance, but at least 3 days prior to the course and should be communicated accordingly.

First Aid to Save a Life will support those participants who would like to reschedule their course and show interest in next upcoming course (at least a week before their earlier confirmed course date). If any of such participant does not show up in next scheduled course then FATSAL will not refund course dues.

Right of Admission: First Aid to Save A Life reserves the right to refuse admission to any delegate exhibiting unruly or anti-social behaviour to either its staff or other delegates. Any such incident will result in the immediate removal of the offending party.

Course Bookings/Reservations: All bookings/reservations are subject to the above standard terms and conditions.

Course Dates: All dates are provisional and subject to change. TC will do utmost to inform every registered participant accordingly for alternate arrangements.

Course Fee and Taxation: Where government taxes are applicable on the services, those should by payable by participant/s.

Online Course Registration: Registration fee for Online Training Courses is non-refundable and replacement is also not accepted once registration is completed.
